Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original shoe box or shipping container to ensure protection during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
